Whether you’re looking for a tropical-island refuge or an investment property, the Phoenix Towers is hard to beat. One of the more affordable condo buildings on the white sand beach of Singer Island, this community also has a liberal rental policy. The two 24-story towers each contain 88 two-bedroom condos with more than 1,200 square feet of living space plus a large outdoor balcony.
